Born and raised in Ottawa, I have always been drawn to nature, finding peace in the trails of Gatineau Park with my dogs. After over 20 years as a public servant, the toll of stress and toxicity led to a stroke and temporary paralysis—an experience that changed my life. In my search for healing, I discovered Reiki and realized I had been resisting my true path for too long.
Now, as a Usui Reiki individual Master (certified by Wellness Centre in Barrhaven) and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Body Sculpting/Contouring Specialist (certified by 720Wellness in Ottawa), I am committed to helping others restore balance
