Cancellation Policy

At Radiance Sculpt & Flow Studio, each session is thoughtfully prepared and energetically held just for you. To honor both your time and mine, the following policy applies to all appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their session shortened to respect subsequent bookings.

  • The full session fee still applies.

  • If arrival is 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time with no communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show and released.

No-Shows

  • Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-show appointments are subject to a full session charge.

  • Reiki and bodywork sessions require preparation and energetic presence; missed appointments cannot be rescheduled without payment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee.

First-Time Clients

  • First-time clients who miss their appointment without notice may be required to prepay future sessions.

Compassionate Consideration

Life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered with care and discretion.
