Radiance Sculpt & Flow Studio – Code of Conduct

At Radiance Sculpt & Flow Studio, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional healing environment. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect the well-being of both clients and practitioners, the following Code of Conduct applies to all services and communications:

1. Professional Boundaries

  • All services are strictly non-sexual and therapeutic in nature.

  • Any requests, comments, or behaviors of a sexual or inappropriate nature will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client will be permanently barred from future appointments.

  • Our practitioners are certified professionals who operate with the highest ethical standards. Boundaries must be respected at all times.

2. Respectful Communication

  • Clients must maintain respectful communication before, during, and after services—including in-person, phone, text, email, or on social media.

  • Harassment, suggestive comments, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Client Identification

  • All first-time clients are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • A copy of the ID will be securely stored in the client’s confidential file for safety and verification purposes. This information is protected under our privacy policy and will never be shared or used for any purpose outside of client verification and studio safety.

4. Consent and Privacy

  • All services are provided with informed consent. Clients have the right to ask questions and set boundaries, as do practitioners.

  • Disruptive, invasive, or disrespectful behavior will result in session termination.

5. Client Intake and Screening

  • All clients must complete an intake form and agree to this Code of Conduct prior to receiving any treatment.

  • Radiance Sculpt & Flow Studio reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion if we feel the client’s intentions do not align with our professional standards.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

Radiance Sculpt & Flow Studio strictly prohibits:

  • Sexual or inappropriate requests

  • Lewd or suggestive communication

  • Harassment or intimidation of any kind

  • Any violation of personal or professional boundaries

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Any violations will result in immediate termination of services, removal from our client list, and possible reporting to authorities.
